Working principle:
The dedicated fountain water pump uses excellent cold-rolled stainless steel sheets, adds the number of turns of the motor winding and the diameter of the submersible wire, uses three-phase four core JHS type fountain specific cable, adds anti loosening equipment to the impeller, and uses imported anti rust magnetic paint for the motor cavity. After the above structural improvements, the inertia of the submersible water pump is small, and the response speed is fast. The bearings use high-performance dedicated shafts to improve the insulation level, and then meet the frequent starting needs of the music special fountain.
Before starting the fountain pump, it is necessary to fill the suction pipe and pump with liquid. After turning on the pump, the impeller rotates at high speed, and the liquid in between rotates with the blades. Under the effect of centrifugal force, it flies away from the impeller and is ejected outward. The ejected liquid gradually slows down in the diffusion chamber of the pump casing, and the pressure gradually increases. Then, it flows out from the outlet of the fountain pump and the discharge pipe.
At this point, a vacuum low-pressure zone is formed at the blade base where there is neither air nor liquid due to the liquid being thrown towards the surroundings. The liquid in the pool flows into the pump through the suction pipe under the effect of atmospheric pressure on the pool surface, and the liquid is continuously sucked up from the pool and then continuously discharged from the discharge pipe.
